Benton REA offers rebates and financing, and it runs an energy consulting program. Advisors analyze your home and suggest upgrades that improve efficiency and comfort.

City of Richland rebates and financing
Richland Energy Services runs energy efficiency programs with rebates and financing for customers of the City of Richland. The programs are meant to save energy, add comfort and lower energy costs.
