- Find your main shutoff and turn it clockwise until it stops. In most homes it is in the garage, at a crawlspace wall or near the water heater.
- Turn off the water heater, at the gas control or the breaker, so it does not fire or burn out while the tank drains.
- Then call us. Tell the office what you see and where the water is coming from.
